- Feasibility Reports
We use industry software to prepare preliminary or comprehensive feasibility reports. Feasibility reports take into account total costs to complete a project combined with expected sales to determine a return on investment. Feasibilities form a critical element of any property development. An early Feasibility Analysis will quickly determine if a project is potentially viable and worth further consideration or if its unviable and as a result should be dismissed.
- SDA – Specialist Disability Accommodation
We design and construct SDA accommodation in accordance with the NDIS and Liveable Housing Guidelines Platnium Level. We are aware of the rules governing SDA specifically High Physical Support and no matter what you are chasing with regards to SDA I’m sure we can assist you.
- Consultant Management
Our experience in the industry understands the need for good consultant relationships that understand the proposed development and are capable of delivering good advice and outcomes every time. This may be an architect, an engineer or a town planner and on most developments this will require a combination of all three. We can manage this process and ensure the right consultant is matched to you, as well as the proposed development, each time.
