Lake Annand Views, Villa residences, located at 5 Bright Street, Toowoomba. They were architecturally designed and located immediately adjacent to the beautiful gardens and surrounds of Toowoomba’s Lake Annand. Lake Annand Views comprised 3 x 2 Bedroom Villas and a 1 x 3 Bedroom Villa. Please read below for a more detailed outline of the project. (Check out our construction blog.) Lake Annand Views Design Philosophy
Given the unique location of our site with it’s magnificent views and backdrop to the beautiful park lands of Lake Annand, we wanted to ensure that our design incorporated the surrounding park while capturing the natural light offered by its north easterly aspect. We spent a lot of time with our designers, Aspect Architects, to develop and deliver a wonderful design outcome that combines convenience, livability and privacy that is Lake Annand Views.
The development is 300m to Willows Gym and a local convenience center, it is also 850m from South Town Shopping Center and 2.2km to Toowoomba’s CBD.
